Your satisfaction, our motivation
Residential use Main residence of the individual tenant :
At the tenant's expense (ALUR law) = 12€ + 3€= 15€ / m² maximum
To be paid by the owner = 1 month's rent excluding charges
Residential use as a secondary residence or as a corporate tenant:
At the tenant's expense = 1 month's rent excluding charges
At the owner's expense = 1 month's rent excluding charges
Professional or commercial use :
To be paid by the tenant = 15% of the annual rent net of charges (+ 20% VAT)
To be paid by the lessor = 1 month's rent excluding charges
The VAT rate currently applicable in France is 20%.
